How Astrogeography can support you, without travel
Now that you likely have a deeper understanding of what Astrogeography is, the question turns to; in our current climate, how can you use this information? Can it still benefit you if you’re not going to be travelling anywhere any time soon?! 100%, YES.
The magic of Astrogeography is that you don't need to actually go to a place to experience its energy. Yep! It can be experienced where you are right now, in a multitude of ways. Of course, visiting a location is overall the best way to see how the energy feels for you, but this simply isn't possible all the time, especially in our current world.
Just know, that you really can call in the energy you wish to experience and have so much fun in the process, in the here and now!
So, how do you do use Astrology/Astrogeography? What does that even look like?
Well, you first have to identify the type of energy you’d like to call into your life! For example, joy & abundance. And yep, you can do this without first knowing your Astrogeography chart or locations. This is actually the best and more simple way to start tapping into astrological energies.
You can actually tap into each planet’s energy as a whole, depending on your desires. This can be done very intuitively. For example; to call in more happiness and success in your life, you would call on the energy of the Sun by bringing into your life anything that feels like ‘sunny’ energy. You can do so by getting out into the sunshine as much as possible, wearing bright, light colours, working with crystals such as selenite, carnelian and citrine, eating fresh foods, especially citrus fruits, listening to vibrant music, the list goes on and on. Whatever reminds you of the energy of the planet you’d like to call on works very potently. These can be channelled without the additional layer of Astrogeographical location specifics, and are an incredible starting point!

This being said, I wouldn't really recommend relying too much on the descriptions given to the right side of the screen that come up when you click on each planetary line - they can be quite confusing and are a little doom-centric haha. There are definitely benefits to working with an Astrogeographer when it comes to learning this new language, but you can 100% dive in yourself and seek support later down the track if that is something you’re called to.
So, when it comes to diving into this niche astrological world, it is all up to you and what you’re called to experience more of in your life. The first thing to do is to pinpoint a location that holds the energy you desire more of, for example, the energy of abundance (Jupiter lines!) You can then begin thinking of ways that you would like to bring this location, and in turn, its energy, into your home and everyday life. There are endless options; really anything that reminds you of this location can be incorporated to channel this energy!
It may be supportive to think of it this way: you are always swimming in the energy of the lines close to where you are, but you can add to this mix of energies in many, many ways. This is what you are doing by bringing locations with beneficial lines for you into your everyday life.
You can visualise this now by imagining the energy you are swimming in as a contained body of water, like a pool or a lake. Say for example that you are living on a Sun line at present. Imagine that the water around you appears bright yellow, like the Sun! Now, to balance out this divine masculine/ego energy in your life, you may want to add some divine feminine Venus energy to the mix. You add some pink to the water, and the colour transforms to orange. You are essentially adding some *spice* to it by adding in this energy. What I mean when I say, 'add some pink Venus energy into the mix,' is that you can incorporate food, music, art, clothing, books, movies etc, from one of your Venus line locations into your life to draw this energy into your pool of energies! This creates a brand new energy in itself; a new unique colour that is unique to you. You get to have fun with this and find what feels good.
For example; say you find you have a Jupiter line in Spain that you wish to tap into. You are able to channel this abundance by bringing the energy of Spain itself into your life/home.
For example; by learning Spanish, listening to Spanish music, watching Spanish movies, going to a Spanish art exhibit, or taking a Spanish cooking class. So many options appear when you get creative. Perhaps you meet someone who is Spanish and instantly connect very deeply with them. There is a reason for such a connection, and nurturing this friendship will not only feel joyful and fun for you, but also to your newfound friend who can likely feel this energy of abundance you are tapped into!
Personally, I’ve experienced the profound impact of Astrogeography by both travelling to a line AND bringing it into my life right where I am without even leaving my house. For example; visiting one of my Jupiter DC locations was quite literally like having the red carpet rolled out for me (mind-blowing experience). I will also call in the energy of lines I want to support me, (both subconsciously & consciously!) through incorporating their energies into my life. For example; I call in my North Node AC line (to fully embody my purpose) & my Chiron MC line (to tap into healing through my work/social life) by bringing elements of Paris, France into my life. Interestingly, I have always been obsessed with Paris (one of my first Autistic special interests was Paris!) My childhood room was full of Eiffel Towers. This is the beauty of having this knowledge; we start to connect the dots. I am so very connected to this location: both through past-life links (Chiron), as well as because it literally holds the energy of my life purpose! (North node). Endless insights and benefits are to be found through this lesser know Astrological system!
